The following General Terms and
Conditions apply to all 2BH 567 AM & Supernetwork contests.
2BH 567 AM reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at anytime
without notice.
Special Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contest, at which time
separate Terms and Conditions will be available for the contest involved.
No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in Special Terms
and Conditions.
All prizes must be collected within two months of winning. Unclaimed prizes
thereafter will be placed back in the prize pool or made use of as 2BH 567 AM sees fit.
2BH 567 AM will not notify winners of remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of
the winner to collect their prize.
All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised.
Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: drivers
licence/passport/student card which includes a photograph). At it's absolute
discretion, 2BH 567 AM may allow the
winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both
the winner and
representative will be required.
2BH 567 AM may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be accepted by
2BH 567 AM for
the safe postal delivery of the prize.
If a winner chooses not to accept a prize then they forfeit all of that prize.
Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when
collecting their prize.
Upon request by 2BH 567 AM a copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed by any
winner.
All prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way and
cannot be taken as cash.
2BH 567 AM and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, warranties to
prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall 2BH 567 AM or associated agents be
responsible
for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of
their use or misuse of a prize.
If the nominated prize is or becomes unavailable; 2BH 567 AM, at it’s absolute
discretion may or may not substitute a replacement prize.
All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any
contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of 2BH 567 AM. Entry
into any contest
deems consent to use prize winners names and photographs and audio for any
promotional purposes.
Entries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. 2BH 567
AM is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer
equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website,
the Internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not
limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related to or resulting
from participating in or downloading any material from 2bh.com.au or other sites
associated with the radio station. it's sales or promotional activities or
ventures.
2BH 567 AM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2BH 567 AM reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize
or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice
subject to state regulation.
Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the
prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where special Terms and Conditions are
enforced and state otherwise.
If 2BH 567 AM fails to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions in any instant
no correspondence or claim will be entered into.

All parties are ineligible to enter any contest if:
They have won a prize from 2BH 567 AM or any other Broadcast Operations station in the
past month to the date. Eg a winner on May 2, 2009 will be ineligible to win a
prize until June 2, 2009.
They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name or an
alias name in order to win prizes from 2BH 567 AM.
They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of
Broadcast Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 93 000 266 624) and/or a sponsor or affiliate
associated with the contest.
